On 15 March 2022, the Verkhovna Rada passed the Law of Ukraine “On the Organisation of Labour Relations Under Martial Law” (draft law No.7160). On 23 March, the document was signed by the president, and it entered into force yesterday. This law establishes new rules for the organisation of labour relations under martial law for all enterprises, institutions and organisations, regardless of the forms of ownership.
