Octava Capital and the “After Service” Charitable Foundation have joined forces to support veterans

CEO of “Octava Capital” – Tetyana Andrianova signed a memorandum of cooperation with the “After Service” Foundation – to work together on the most important thing: the return of veterans to an active, fulfilling life after service.

Created in 2022, the foundation works on the adaptation of defenders to civilian life, covering a wide range of needs – from psychological support to employment and professional education.

The initiative of the “Octava” Group of Companies Veteran Restart is a program that enables defenders to return to professional realization through:

  • updating skills in the chosen field,
  • mentoring support from experienced specialists,
  • 3-month paid internship in partner companies,
  • and, most importantly, a chance for a new job.

To participate in the program:

  • you need to have an education,
  • a year or more break in your career,
  • motivation to return to work.

Octava Capital takes on the task of selecting mentors and real business tasks. The program ends with an assessment of the results – and, if successful, the opportunity to stay on the team.

We believe: supporting veterans is not just a social responsibility, it is a contribution to the sustainability, leadership and development of our country
