The State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine (SSSCIP of Ukraine) is a public authority established to ensure the functioning and development of the state government communication system, the National Confidential Communication System, the formation and implementation of the state policy on cryptographic and technical information protection, cyber defence, telecommunications, use of radio frequency resources of Ukraine, special purpose postal services, government courier services, as well as other tasks under the law. The State Service for Special Communication and Information Protection of Ukraine directs its activities to ensure the national security of Ukraine from external and internal threats and is a part of the security and defence sector of Ukraine.
In August 2021, Dmytro Nekrakha, Vice President of Digital Ukraine Association, was awarded the Dignity and Honour lapel pin by the order of the Chairperson of the SSSCIP of Ukraine for a significant contribution to the development of the PPP.
