The rating was developed within the framework of the Springboard to Equality project with the support of the Kingdom of Sweden and with the assistance from the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine. The ranking was conducted during August-October 2021 based on an exhaustive list of documents submitted to the project expert group by companies from 16 sectors of the economy.
The rating
identifies the leaders of the corporate sector of Ukraine, which implement
policies of equal rights and opportunities for women and men, work-life balance
and combating gender-based violence and promote the spread of such practices
among other companies.
Thus, the TOP ten winners of the 2021 rating in Ukraine are as follows:

- Unilever Ukraine
- Ferrexpo
- Polpharma UA
- Intellias
- Vodafone Ukraine
- Teva Ukraine
- EY
- Nota Group
Coca-Cola in Ukraine, Danone Ukraine, METRO Cash & Carry Ukraine, Ukrenergo, Electrolux Group in Ukraine, Nestlé, Sanofi in Ukraine, KPMG, Shell Retail Ukraine, Dragon Capital immediately follow the TOP-10 winners of the rating.
The rating also
considered the size of the applicant companies: up to 50 employees, 50-250
employees and more than 250 employees.
Nota Group came out on top in the category of companies with up to 50
employees, taking a solid FIRST PLACE!
