Launched in 2009, CSR Ukraine Competition is now a national platform for recognizing the best socially responsible business decisions during wartime.
For the Octava Capital team, this award was confirmation that responsible business is an important component of the country’s recovery – through caring for the environment, supporting life, people and communities that shape the future of Ukraine today.
The competition finals united representatives of business, the public sector and the media around corporate social responsibility practices that really work. The event program featured:
76 cases from 47 companies on resilience, reconstruction, support for the military, communities, and preserving identity
“Living case libraries” — candid stories of people who create change through their own actions
Two practical workshops dedicated to communications and working with teams
The event once again demonstrated: responsible business in Ukraine is not a trend, but systemic work that creates long-term changes for the country and society.
