Octava Capital received an award in the “Sustainable Development” nomination as part of a national recognition project founded by the international community Women Leaders for Ukraine.

We are honored to be part of an initiative that is shaping new standards of corporate culture and supporting employers that create equal opportunities for women in business. We thank the organizers for their trust, as well as for the important work on popularizing a modern, fair and sustainable approach to team management.

For our team, this distinction is not so much about the award as it is about confirmation that we are moving in the right direction.

We work at a time when business must be flexible, responsible and sustainable, and equal opportunities are not a trend, but the basis of the competitiveness of a company and a country.

In its activities, Octava Capital pays special attention to several key areas that are part of our ESG strategy:
