We have signed a memorandum of cooperation with TYTANOVI Rehabilitation Center to join forces in the most important cause — supporting veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Our new Veteran Restart project is a program for returning to civilian life through professional skills restoration, mentoring, and paid internships with the prospect of employment.
What does our program offer?
– Updating of competencies in the chosen profession
– Mentoring from experienced specialists
– 3-month paid internship in partner companies
– Chance of employment after completing the program
Conditions for participation:
– Education and work experience (2+ years) in the relevant field
– Career break lasting from 1 year
– Desire to return to the profession
How Veteran Restart from the Oktava Group of Companies works:
– Selection of mentors and business partners with vacancies
– Internship with real tasks and social integration
– Evaluation of results and the opportunity to get a job
