Tetiana Andrianova and ASIS Ukraine Women in Security participants share their views on gender balance in the security industry in our country

In pursuance of the provisions of the Programme for Developing Women’s Leadership and Encouraging Women to Choose Security Professions, which was launched in June 2021 by the ASIS Ukraine Women in Security Community, a survey and interview with representatives of the security industry in Ukraine was conducted regarding the gender balance on the domestic corporate security market in early October this year.

The surveys and interviews by ASIS Ukraine were conducted with:

• Tetiana Andrianova – CEO at Octava Capital, CEO at Nota Group, board member of the Association of Corporate Security Professionals of Ukraine, co-ordinator of the Women in Security Community at ASIS International – Ukraine Chapter, chairperson of the Committee on Gender Policy of the Ukrainian National Bar Association, lawyer.

• Nataliia Lesyk – member of the Co-ordinating Committee of the Security Advisory Board at OSAC Ukraine, which operates under the auspices of the U.S. Department of State.

• Svitlana Yatsynyk – head of Economic Security at Farmak, member of the ASIS International – Ukraine Chapter.

• Anna Yurchenko – project and consultancy manager of DTEK Security Directorate, member of the ASIS International – Ukraine Chapter.
