The National Aviation University (NAU) together with the Defense Alliance of Ukraine is launching a new initiative “Diplomas for Defense”. This project opens up a unique opportunity for our members to influence the formation of future defense industry professionals.
Within the framework of this initiative, DAU member companies have the opportunity to offer thesis topics for students of the relevant specialties of NAU. This will allow not only to attract talented young people to R&D in the defense field, but also to strengthen scientific and technical cooperation between manufacturers and scientists, as well as to stimulate the updating of educational programs to meet modern challenges.
Subjects that can be offered:
– Development of automated systems
– Modern communication systems for military applications
– Robotic and unmanned systems
– Innovations in defense technologies
– Private-public partnership in defense
This cooperation will allow NAU students to write theses on current topics important to the defense industry, working on real projects of strategic importance. Teachers, in turn, will be able to update their curricula and involve students in joint research projects with participating companies of the Defense Alliance of Ukraine.

On September 10, at 4:00 p.m., there will be an online meeting of representatives of the companies that responded to the initiative, together with the scientific and pedagogical staff of the NAU to clarify the details of cooperation and support the implementation of works.
