There are times when a holiday is not just a date. It’s about the content. It’s about people. It’s about what we leave behind.
This weekend, the City Center shopping mall celebrated its 12th anniversary. And the most valuable thing we were able to do for Odessa on this day was to give the city another restored piano “Ukraine”. An instrument with a history that has received a new life and a new sound.
For us, it is more than a musical object. It is a symbol of renewal. Concern. The continuation of culture.
Each rescued piano is a story that could have ended in silence. But instead, it sounds again. For people. For the city. For the future.
As part of the Voice of Life project, we opened this instrument together and gave it the first chords of a new life. There was a lot of music, emotions and sincerity.
The Nikas Band created an atmosphere in which you wanted to stay longer — to sing, smile, hug. And at that moment it was especially felt: music truly unites.
When people gather around the piano, it is not just a concert. It is a lively meeting point. It is a space where conversations, acquaintances, memories are born.
Thank you to everyone who was with us on this day.
Odessa, we are happy to share such moments with you. And we believe that this piano will become the center of warm meetings and new stories more than once.
