The rating “Best Managers” is compiled by the editorial board of the rating magazine “TOP-100. Ratings of the Largest” from among the most active representatives of the business elite, on which the future and changes for the better in Ukraine depend.
Rating
methodology:
1. The editorial board compiles a long list of managers of the hundred largest
companies in Ukraine in terms of turnover.
2. The final short list is formed of two scores — by the expert jury (60%) and by the editorial board of the magazine (40%)
3.
Experts fill in special questionnaires, where candidates are evaluated on a
special scale.
The criteria for evaluation of candidates include the level of emotional
intelligence, crisis management skills, use of innovations at work, leadership
potential, competence in change management.
Simultaneously with the expert evaluation, voting for the CEO of the year is taking place on the DELO.UA official portal.
This
year’s list of the most effective managers already includes over 150
participants from leading companies in all sectors of the Ukrainian economy.
