This program helps companies identify potential risks associated with human rights violations and develop a systematic approach to addressing them in accordance with international standards.
During the 6-month program, participants will gain knowledge on how to identify their responsibilities to respect human and labor rights as expressed in international instruments. They will also learn how to establish an ongoing process for verifying human rights compliance and communicate this through regular reports.
This initiative is part of the Ukraine Business Compact, which brings together more than 668 companies from 45 countries. This demonstrates the readiness of Ukrainian businesses to meet ESG standards and promote sustainable development.
