The legendary piano “Ukraine”, evacuated from the Kherson region and restored within the framework of the social project Voice of Life, will now sound at the Kyiv State Music Lyceum named after Mykola Lysenko.
Together with the lyceum, the Oktava Group of Companies held a special concert, the main event of which was the transfer of the instrument to a new generation of Ukrainian musicians.
For us, it is much more than a musical instrument. It is a symbol of cultural invincibility, memory and the continuation of the Ukrainian voice even after the trials of war.
The Savoia Jazz band created a special atmosphere of the evening.
We believe that from now on this instrument will sound for a new generation of Ukrainian musicians – talented, strong and free.
We thank the Kyiv State Music Lyceum named after Mykola Lysenko, the Savoia Jazz band, teachers, students and all guests for an evening of music, unity and faith in Ukrainian culture.
