The theory of
Cisco WebEx integration with Microsoft products is known from releases, yet in
practice, not many have much to boast about.
Recently, the WM.Group implementation team helped one of the Ukrainian
ministries to fully implement the capabilities and functionality of WebEx
Meetings and improve the quality of internal communications.
The need for such integration was caused by the active use of unified communications, the use of both software products (Cisco WebEx and Microsoft Teams) as corporate platforms for communication and the spread of remote and hybrid formats of interaction within the organisation.
As a result, government officials can attend meetings and events taking place in MS Teams via WebEx terminals installed in the meeting rooms of the institution since the WM.Group team has all the necessary knowledge, competencies, practical experience and authorisations from Cisco to implement, integrate and support the entire line of Unified Communications solutions and other product deployments for corporate networks, including information security, data centres, etc.
